According to the Heartless Songfacts, this song was inspired by an incident when Halford's guitarist, co-writer and producer Roy Z heart started racing. However, when the paramedics arrived, rather than rushing him straight off to hospital they started taking pictures of Rob Halford and getting his autograph.
