"Headphones On" is the fourth single and closing track on Addison Rae's debut album Addison. It was released on April 18, 2025. The song was first teased in late March through Instagram photos from the music video set. A snippet from the song was then teased on April 10, showing her roller-skating with the song playing. The song features a 90s-inspired trip-hop and R&B-styled production. At the time of release, it was her most introspective and emotionally raw release, described as "confessional.
