Head Rolls Off is a song by Scottish indie rock band Frightened Rabbit, and is the first single release from The Midnight Organ Fight. Scott Hutchison notes that the song is about "dying and leaving something behind." With regards to the song's atheist tone, Hutchison states that: "you can still believe in God. What matters most is what you do whilst you are alive."
