Ha Ha You're Dead is the closing track on Green Day's compilation album, Shenanigans. It is the only track on the album to never see a release previously, and is one of only two tracks to be written by bassist Mike Dirnt. With a runtime of 3:07, it is the longest track on the compilation tape that isn't an instrumental. The song is directed toward 924 Gilman Street's founder Tim Yohannan, who influenced several of the band's songs over the years.
