Goner is a song describing Tyler's antagonist "Blurryface" coming back after thinking he defeated Blurryface. Most likely personification about depression coming in waves. There are two versions of this track, one being a video posted in 2012 where Tyler plays the song with the accordion, its eerie creaking symbolizing a noose crackling as someone is hanging on it which is the likely scenario when someone's ""Blurryface" takes over. The song was still incomplete as the song was still new.
