He ends with a note of love and empathy for his ex-wife Kim. The hook is a sample of Black Sabbath’s “Changes”, if anyone can empathize with Em’s struggles, it is surely the band’s lead singer Ozzy Osbourne, who has had his own cycles of relapse and recovery in his life both musically and personally.
