'Ghost', released June 8th 2018, is the lead single off Badflower's debut album OK, I'M SICK. It follows a depressed man who attempts suicide multiple times and reflects on his wasted life. He survives every attempt but the last one, where he slits his wrists. Lead singer Josh Katz wrote the song after dealing with traumatising panic attacks on stage every night and needing an outlet for his emotions. "I was depressed and thinking about self-harm.
