Stormcrow is the band twelve-string guitar player, Mark Hadlett from Redcar in Cleveland formed in the eighties, with Chris McAneary (bass) and Rick Huddleston (Mandolin), after separating from his wife, folk singer, Julie Hadlett, for whom he had been the accompanist. The Hadletts, both attending a poetry course at the local polytechnic, briefly had a 'divorce' band called Polyphonic, with poet, Richard Briddon as their drummer. It lasted for one performance
