"Full Force Gale" is a song written by Northern Irish singer-songwriter Van Morrison. It was included on his 1979 album Into the Music. The song refers to an abiding faith in the Lord. A cover version by Elvis Costello was included on both the 1994 Van Morrison tribute album, No Prima Donna, as well as on the 1995 Elvis Costello album, Kojak Variety.
