“Full Circle” is featured as the fifth track on "Breakout". Miley wrote the song about her on again off again boyfriend, Nick Jonas. Cyrus can be heard telling the crowd in a video posted online: "It’s about two people. They’re always gonna come back together no matter what anyone says, the bad people that try to keep you apart. It’s a personal story."
