Fresh is a song by the Australian indie rock band Tired Lion, featured on their 2017 debut studio album, Dumb Days. The track was written by the band's lead vocalist and primary songwriter, Sophie Hopes. Musically characterized as a borderline ballad, the thematic elements of "Fresh" deal with the aftermath of a breakup, personal growth, and the difficult process of letting go of one's inner child in order to move forward. The initial concept for the song was formed near the conclusion of one of the band's early international tours.
