"Forget Me Nots" is a song co-written and performed by American R&B musician Patrice Rushen. The song appears on Rushen's seventh album Straight from the Heart. The single reached #23 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, #4 on the Billboard R&B charts, #2 on the Billboard dance charts, and #8 on the UK Official Charts. Rushen scored her first nomination for Best Female R&B Vocal Performance at the 1983 Grammy Awards with this recording. The song was prominently featured in the film Big, starring Tom Hanks.
