Flood Plain is a track by Abikyokan, which appears on their 2006 album Zuper. The song was an interpretation of Miles Davis' In A Silent Way, which the band were listening to a lot at the time. It features a repetitive synthbass figure, electric piano, trumpet, fretless bass and a drum machine played manually. Flood Plain has become a staple of Abikyokan's live set, where it differs greatly from the recorded version, with bass and drums serving as an atmospheric backdrop for trumpet soloing.
