'every month we start over' is the 2nd track off the unreleased debut album 'STN^CMP' by emo/indie rock band Shallow Water Blackout. Conceptualized in late 2020 under the name 'Burnt Lungs', it shares classic elements of pop punk and electronic rock, reminiscent of Swedish bedroom-emo artist Weatherday. This song was apart of both the preliminary performances in March and April of 2022, where the album was shown in it's 5-track entirety. Like the rest of the album, it went under pre-production in May 2022 before being abruptly halted.
