Empathy, off of Soundtracks for the Blind, is based on a short story of the same title in Michael Gira's "The Consumer", a compilation of short stories with themes ranging from rape to murder. "Empathy" revolves around a mentally disturbed man who engages in an incestuous relationship with his sister after she gruesomely murdered their parents.
