"Dream" is the final track on LISA’s debut album, Alter Ego. The only ballad on the album, the song reflects a past relationship of LISA, where she is still holding on to her feelings for the other person and yearning for another chance. However, it’s clear that the feelings aren’t reciprocated, as the other person has seemingly moved on. Despite this, LISA acknowledges the impact they once had in her life and expresses a hope that, even if they can’t be together romantically, they could still remain friends.
