"Downtown" is a song by American R&B vocal trio SWV for their debut studio album, It's About Time (1992). It was written and by Genard Parker, Gina "Go-Go" Gomez and Kenny Ortiz and produced by Parker. It was released in May 1993 as the 3rd single off the album with a music video, which was directed by Lionel C. Martin.
