This recording of "Downhill" is an original instrumental from 1964 by a different band (based in Utah) from the picture you are displaying. A detailed history of the 1964-65 Vectors band that recorded this song is at the link below. The flip side of this 45 rpm 1964 disc was the "A" side, and is a cover of "Shortnin' Bread", which I believe you also show as recorded by the same incorrect band from a much later time and a different part of the US.
