the song is about a boy having trouble with his relationship, one of them is how his girlfriend tell lies to him saying things for an example “i’m just going to go study with my friends” but then he’d figure out her lies because she doesn’t study anyways. and then it gets to the point where he caught her in the act and to the point where he doesn’t care, hence where he says “i didn’t want an answer anyway”
