A jaunty, jazzy adaptation of Edouard Lalo's Symphonie Espagnole for Violin and Orchestra. The band's arrangement is laced with Keith Emerson's resonant Hammond organ and diamond-hard piano, twirling and capering in flamenco time while Lee Jackson and Brian Davison lay a solid rhythm down on the parquet dance floor. The self-referential lyrics, delivered (with a wink) in Jackson's mahogany growl, are concerned with the difficulty of writing words to this music.
