"Devil Inside" is a song by rock band INXS released as the second single (third in the UK) from the band's sixth studio album, Kick (1987) on February 8, 1988. The song was written by Andrew Farriss and Michael Hutchence. Devil Inside reached #2 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart for 2 weeks in April 1988 kept off the #1 spot by Billy Ocean's "Get Outta My Dreams, Get Into My Car" & later by Whitney Houston's "Where Do Broken Hearts Go".
