“Despacito Too” is a powerful closer to DiCaprio 2. Over three verses, JID discusses what he plans to accomplish in his career, how he will overcome his hindrances, and how people initially disregarded his desire to become a rapper. The song’s title is a reference to a popular meme about the hit song “Despacito” in which people have started a running joke demanding a sequel to the song. This song is essentially JID’s response to these demands.
