While Glinda (Ariana Grande) resolves to stay behind and work within the system, Elphaba (Cynthia Erivo) vows never to work for the Wizard of Oz (Jeff Goldblum) and to use her magical powers to bring him down. She flies out his window on her broomstick and sings this song that blows out all the lights in the Emerald City.
