“Deep Inside” is the fifth track off of Korn’s sixth album, Take a Look in the Mirror. The song deals with bottling up emotions and the effects it can have on a person. The main character is someone who is deeply troubled, unable to think straight and lying that they are OK. Their true emotions are fighting to get out, but the main character pushes the anger deeper down inside, festering it further without any sort of release.
