The title track of Insanity's debut album first released by the long defunct M.B.R. records in Germany. In 1987 Nuclear Blast Records showed interest to sign Insanity as the band was still reeling shortly after the death of Joe Dezuniga on May 16th 1987. This were two of the reasons Insanity was mainly known in the underground and out of the awareness of the metal masses.
