Dead Weight is the second track on Jack Stauber's fourth album HiLo, released on April 14th, 2018. Prior to its official release, Dead Weight was originally released as a Patreon exclusive single on March 30th, 2018. The song's music video was later uploaded on April 5th, 2018, over a week before its official release. This song seems to be about society's expectations, and Jack has troubles living up to them.
