“Dashboard” is the ninth song on Noah Kahan’s fourth studio album, The Great Divide. It was first teased on April 18, 2026, via Noah’s TikTok, and was later released on April 24. The song follows the story of a person who moved away from their hometown, presumably to focus on self-improvement and make a better life for themselves. But, as Noah observes, they end up with similar friends and similar experiences, unable to run from the “shadow” being cast by their own history.
