Curtains is a track by Abikyokan from their 2009 album Novaya Zemlya. The song's melody was based on the sounds of karaoke enka drifting out of bars in Hirai, east Tokyo, where two of the band live. The lyrics are about a depressed bar hostess, and the titular Curtains (noren) of a traditional Japanese drinking place.
