A song about overcoming life's obstacles. Written by Dog Leg Preacher in August of 2008. They wrote this song in the Shadow of Bear Butte, a very sacred native American site in Sturgis South Dakota. Dog Leg Preacher was performing that week at the Legendary Buffalo Chip Campground. Strange to write a ballad during a noisy motorcycle rally, but this place has a very serene and powerful presence.
