“CRASH” is from Witt Lowry’s album, Nevers Road. CRASH was teased during the first show of Witt’s Nevers Road World Tour, on February 10, 2019. The song is based on Witt’s journey in a new relationship, supposedly moving on from his past relationship he lamented on in his first single of the album, “HURT.” In the second verse, Witt also mentioned the car accident he was a part of and that’s also one of the reasons why he named this song “CRASH”. He wrote about this car accident both at his Facebook and Twitter.
