About “Control” by The Sweetest Condition (Edge of the World 2015) Track No. 02 on The Sweetest Condition's debut album, “Edge of the World,” is called “Control.” The song started as an experiment—an ode to the childlike, shadowy spirit expressed by one of Leslie Irene Benson's favorite female vocalists, Chibi, of The Birthday Massacre. It was truly an accident that the song has taken off like it has—almost taking on a life of its own. And oh so appropriate that it has.
