In general, lyrically, it's a suicide note. ("I bleed myself dry tonight.") There's some heartbreak elements to it as well. ("I am lost without you here," "You are the water in my lungs.") Those are the most important elements. Chris Motionless wrote the lyrics from a very dark place and doesn't like playing the song because it reminds him of that. But it's still a fan-favorite, and Saturday night's performance was the first time in front of a live audience in over a decade.
