This song is basically cunt escapism. It transports you to a future society where oxygen is running out and you're running in a city called Oxorn which took over Tokyo. Neon lights light the city up and rain is pouring down onto the dark cobblestone. As you are running there are cars passing by racing with the rain. The streets are narrow but eveything is lit up.
