On “Care,“ Gray states that, although he's finally over his ex-partner, he still secretly cares. Even if Conan doesn't want to go back, the person he felt attached to is still on his mind, especially that the subject has moved on with someone new. Conan bares the contradiction of being “over it” while secretly still caring.
