This is the theme song to the Walt Disney movie, Pete's Dragon. Helen played the role of the lady lighthouse keeper, daughter to Mickey Rooney's character, who is waiting for her sailor who was lost at sea to come home. In the mean time, she takes on an orphan boy who keeps an invisible dragon for a pet, and becomes a light for him too.
