“Busyhead” is the title track and fifth overall from Noah Kahan's debut studio album, and was released on June 14, 2019. He stated the following about the track in a post on Instagram: “Busyhead” is the title track of this record. I wrote it as a letter to myself and anybody who feels like even the easiest things to do seem impossible.
