This song was written for a Caregiver, who was to see her daughter die of Cancer. The Leahy family did not realize; this is a Teaching Song -- much more meant for the one who suffers from the terminal disease -- not for the Caregiver. I cannot write in third person for this next paragraphs. Two years ago, my wife successfully beat Leukemia. During part of the treatment, all she had the strength to do, was sleep in bed. To get to the bathroom, meant the help of her Caregiver (me).
