This song's title is a game of words. In spanish, "Blues en Mi" reads two ways: "Blues in E" (it is indeed a blues song in the key of E), and "Blues in Me". Needless to say, a blues/folk song in the likes of old Faces' tunes. The slide guitar intro is a nod to one of Villaran's all time heroes, the one and only Mr. Ronnie Wood.
