“Blame On Me“ discusses the different views of an upbringing, probably Jack’s upbringing. The song is sung as a sort of 3-way conversation between the younger brother, the older brother and their father. The first verse is from the viewpoint of his younger brother. It is sung from how his younger brother perceived them growing up and that he felt abandoned. The second verse is a reaction to the first verse by the older brother, probably Jack.
