“Black Sheep” is American singer-songwriter Kailee Morgue’s own spin on the classic Metric song of the same name. Morgue first performed the cover on tour in 2019, and ultimately decided to release it as a single in August of the same year. She explained to CoupedeMain that she was inspired by the film the original was used in, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World to cover and perform it live. “I actually covered “Black Sheep” on tour because I always loved that scene in Scott Pilgrim
