Written by Ian Roure (BMI), arranged & recorded by The Larch Inspired by a front page headline of the Weekly World News in October 2001; this song describes the prevailing climate in New York City directly following the September 11 attacks. In January 2006, the song gained international exposure when it was chosen by Phillips to be one of the songs to come with their GoGear Mp3 player. Originally on the 2002 album Pouters Rollers & Runts, it can also be found on the Larch's 2009 retrospective compilation as the title track.
