Energetic and hard-hitting, “Basement”, the seventh track on BROCKHAMPTON’s final album, The Family, is one of the most cryptic cuts on the album. The track features Kevin Abstract venting his frustrations of parasocial relationships with his fans, and how they’re out to chase away him and his band.
