“Bad Bad” was the first song that we wrote with the plan of making an album and it’s the song that’s been the most difficult keeping a secret while waiting to release the album. Subsequently as the first song on the album, to me it sets the pace and the mood for the musical experience that I wanted to convey when I was writing the record. It culminates all the years of growth as an artist, songwriting, my musical influences and as a direct result it is one of the truest reflections of who I am as a musician in this moment.
