“Baby” is track 12 off of Pharrell’s 2006 debut album In My Mind which features Nelly. The track is about Pharrell and a girl in a public place making heated eye contact with one another due to the fact that the amount of people in the same place makes it almost impossible for one to go over to the other and introduce themselves. Throughout the song, Pharrell admires the girl’s physical features and states what he wants to do to her and the questions that he wants to ask her in his head.
