This is a fusion of Soul vocals, Brazilian vocals and music and afro cuban and west african drumming styles! The beggining starts out with a Shekere (Sekere) introduction. The Shekere is a beaded gourd originaly from West Africa (Nigeria), also found in Afro Cuban music as well.
