The Aradia chant is a prayer to Aradia, daughter of Diana, Goddess of the Moon and hunt. Bingham said he wanted to paint a picture of a beautiful witch on a moonlit night, calling the Goddess to her, to reveal the mystery, to then be joined by her coven ending in the raising of energy acting as a transitional piece between Moon She Rises and Drawing Down the Moon. The original piece is longer than the one on the recording - the second half of the chant has a 5/4 rhythm sung against a 4/4 counter point
