Another Life Words: Tom Taylor, Steve Smith Music: Steve Smith Another Life is the fourth song on Another Life's debut EP A New Beginning. It is also the title track of the band. The song was written over the months May and June of 2006 where it was written as six-minute long song featuring two guitar solos from Steve Smith and former guitar player Robin Fairclough. After Fairclough's departure in October 2006 it was subsequently re-written in November 2006 as a four-minute song, featuring re-worked sections and only one solo.
