This is one of my favourite tracks on this album. 'Ambrosia' starts quietly with a simple set of variations on a minor chord with ethnic voices calling out in the background; the music then crescendos in to a lush synthesised string melody overlaid with an ethereal, other-wordly chorus. The chorus dies away and the music picks up the original minor chrd variations-plus-background voices, but this time more urgently. Eventually the string melody and then the lush chorus return. It is hauntingly beautiful, enchanting, and totally hypnotic.
