Smooth almost to the point of this song being anything but perfect- but it pulls it off quite well. Cool & steady tones pervade this track. A slow steady guitar rhythm and hushed drum hits are the true foundation of this song. Chrissie Hynde sings words of a true love- perfectly imperfect. Her voice is sweet, low & velvety- but don't let that deter you from its innately serious nature. The song was written very deliberately- but it feels so natural.
