"After sitting on this piece of music for years, I think I'm finally able to consider it finished. I began writing this piece shortly after coming home from a 16 day trip to Guatemala in the winter of 2014 - 2015, It's heavily inspired by my experiences at Semuc Champey, where the photo in the cover art was taken.
